CEO
Frank Rogers
Frank Rogers is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 49 years of business leadership in the Upstate region of South Carolina. He began his pioneering career in 1976 alongside his wife, Sonya, and brother, Bill, when they founded one of the first vehicle accessory companies in the Southeast—now approaching its 50th anniversary.
In 2009, Frank co-established and continues to serve as a partner in ADP Security Systems, a company specializing in commercial fire systems, comprehensive security solutions, and 24-hour medical emergency help systems through four state Medicaid contracts. In addition, he owns and manages several other ventures, including an accounting firm and a retail golf cart sales and service company.
Frank has also served on the Board of Teleco Inc., a nationwide technology firm providing unified business solutions in video surveillance, access control, distributed antenna systems (DAS), telecommunications, and managed IT services. As CEO of Exodus Aircraft, Frank brings his extensive business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic leadership to the forefront of aviation innovation.
Director of Operations
Russell Andrews
Captain Russell L Andrews, an alumnus of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, served in the United States Marine Corp flying UH1N helicopters until accepting a position with Bell Helicopters Textron under a Department of Defense contract in Isfahan, Iran in 1977 as a Helicopter maintenance instructor. His tour in Iran ended with the start of the Iranian revolution in 1979. Upon returning to the United States his career continued as an L-188 Electra line maintenance supervisor. In 1981 he took advantage of an opportunity to fly as a flight engineer on the L-188 and B727 for a large cargo airline and later became a Check Airman and Chief Flight Engineer.
In 1988 United Parcel Service started their Part 121 operations and he eagerly accepted a position of professional flight engineer on the B-747. Over the span of 30 years with United Parcel Service he has served as First Officer and Captain on the B-727, B-757 and B-767 accumulating well over 29,000 flight hours.
After retiring from UPS in 2018 Captain Andrews signed on with Exodus Aircraft, LLC and played a significate role in the successful completion of the FAA Part 135 certification process allowing Exodus to become completely operational to provide a safe and premium service. He is currently serving as Exodus Aircraft's Director of Operations.
Director of Maintenance
Kenneth Morris
Kenneth “Kenny” Morris is a highly experienced aviation maintenance professional with a strong background across commercial, corporate, and general aviation. As Director of Maintenance for Exodus Aircraft, he oversees all day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring aircraft safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency for the company’s Part 135 charter fleet. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across all aircraft.
With a career spanning airline maintenance, leadership roles, and aviation education, Kenny brings a well-rounded expertise to the team. He has held senior positions in commercial aviation maintenance, served as Station Manager for SAI Flight Support, and is Co-Owner of Vision Aviation Services. In addition, he is an Adjunct AMT Instructor at Greenville Technical College, where he mentors future aviation technicians.
Kenny is FAA-certified with Airframe & Powerplant, Inspection Authorization, and multiple manufacturer training certifications across Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, and other major aircraft platforms. Known for his technical precision and leadership, he remains dedicated to ensuring Exodus Aircraft operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest industry standards.
Chief Pilot
Dennis Davis
Dennis Davis is an accomplished aviation professional with over 20,000 flight hours across airline, charter, military, and corporate operations. As Chief Pilot for Exodus Aircraft, he brings extensive leadership experience and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multiple type ratings, including the Boeing 757/767, EMB-145, and DHC-7.
With experience spanning Parts 121, 135, and 125 operations, Dennis has led flight departments and training programs both domestically and internationally. His career includes over two decades with UPS as a B-757/767 Captain, along with senior leadership roles in aviation operations, training, and standardization. He also served as a U.S. Army and Department of Defense pilot, contributing to military aviation training and development.
Dennis continues to advance safety and performance at Exodus Aircraft while also sharing his expertise as an aviation consultant and instructor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every aspect of flight operations.
Chief Flight Attendant
Kelly Collins
Kelly Collins is an accomplished aviation professional and Chief Flight Attendant for Exodus Aircraft, bringing a strong focus on safety, service excellence, and operational leadership. Since joining Exodus in 2020, she has played a key role in developing inflight service standards, creating training programs, and supporting the company’s Part 135 certification and compliance systems for its Embraer 145 operation.
With experience across corporate, private, and charter aviation, Kelly has worked with leading operators including Delta Private Jets, Flight Works, and Scout Boats. She has served VIP and high-net-worth clients across Gulfstream, Global, and Challenger fleets, delivering a seamless, luxury inflight experience while maintaining the highest safety standards. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, she consistently creates a calm, welcoming environment onboard.
Kelly holds FAA certifications along with CPR, AED, and First Aid credentials, and continues to elevate the standard of service and safety at Exodus Aircraft.
Chief Business Officer
Jenny Rogers tesner
Jenny Rogers Tesner serves as Chief Business Officer for Exodus Aircraft, bringing strong operational leadership, regulatory expertise, and a proven track record in business growth. She oversees strategic planning, business operations, financial management, and contract negotiations, while working closely with key personnel to ensure compliance and organizational alignment.
With a diverse professional background, Jenny has experience in legal, real estate, and business operations. She began her career in paralegal work supporting large-scale development and government-related projects, later transitioning into real estate and construction operations where she managed documentation, compliance, and closing processes. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of a multi-location family business, leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving overall business performance.
Jenny continues to play a vital role in expanding Exodus Aircraft’s partnerships, strengthening vendor relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities, contributing to the company’s long-term success and stability.
Sales Coordinator
Elisha Leonard
Elisha Leonard serves as Controller for Exodus Aircraft, bringing strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight. She leads all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls, helping ensure the company’s long-term stability and growth
In addition to her financial leadership, Elisha oversees key human resources functions, including hiring support, onboarding, compliance, and internal policy management. She is also the owner of her own accounting firm, providing financial services to a diverse range of clients. With experience at organizations such as CarMax and Pfizer, she brings a well-rounded background in corporate accounting and process optimization.
Known for her attention to detail and analytical approach, Elisha plays a vital role in supporting operational excellence and continued growth at Exodus Aircraft.
